OYO COMMISSIONER HOLD NEW YEAR PRAYER SESSION ~ HON. FUNMILAYO ORISADEYI

Hon. Funmilayo Okiki-olu Orisadeyi, Oyo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters today Tuesday held new year prayer session with the staff in Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters.

The open prayer was said by Pastor Opatunbi ( Director Chieftaincy Matters)

In her new year welcome speech, she advised all staff to be proactive in their official dealings as they are all aware that the current administration under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde has chosen to be up and down on how the State will be transformed and that's why he tagged this administration as Ise Ya. "This year shall be a fruitful one and shall bring to us all the blessings in it, she added.

Mr Akinola, Director of Local Government Inspectorate held a special prayer for Governor Seyi Makinde, he handed over Oyo State administration under the leadership of Engr Seyi Makinde into the hands of Almighty God, that already the Oyo State Governor is currently one of the first-five best Governors in Nigeria while he pray that with the right step the Governor is taking, he  shall succeed and become the first best Governor in Nigeria beyond 2023 as his tenure has been forthcoming when it comes to the welfarism of Oyo State citizens. May his tenure be fruitful from now till the end. He concluded.

In his goodwill message by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters Mr Tunde Adeyanju advised all staff to adjust in their day to day activities. The Thursdays environmental sanitation that normally occurred at the Ministry should start again with immediate effect as this is new year and there is need to put all our necessary efforts to make sure the Ministry is one of the best Ministry in Nigeria, he added.
